For this special event, we will be joined by breathwork practitioners Brenda Rodriguez (certified therapist and shaman) and Faye Stottrup from the Santa Cruz area, who have been sharing the powerful work of breathwork for the last year.

In this 3 hour container, guests will receive:

• Guided Breathwork around the theme of releasing

• Varied seating: Backjack chairs in circle & laying down on yoga mats
