Think of this as a mini-retreat, a space to drop into community and self reflection. Through whole group mindfulness, reflection, and sharing with a talking piece, we are able to slow down, go inward, and connect with others. Through storytelling, we are able to unearth our own truths, and learn about ourselves by listening to others.
This 3 hour container will include:
Breathwork led by Abbie Mulligan
Reflection around specific prompt/s
Sharing with a talking piece
Networking
